I'm very satisfied with the service at this workshop. The staff are friendly and competent, and you immediately feel like you're in good hands. They took the time to explain the repairs to me in detail, and I knew what to expect at all times. The repair was completed reliably and quickly, and the price-performance ratio is fair and transparent – no nasty surprises. 5. November 2024I can only warmly recommend this workshop! I bought a used VW Caddy from them and am very happy with it. There were a few minor repairs in the first year, which were taken care of by the workshop without any problems under the warranty. The friendly and expert Mia and the competent and careful Josef always carry out all other work relating to the car and trailer to my complete satisfaction in terms of speed and quality. And all at really human prices :-) Keep it up dears!!!

A few weeks ago, I bought a used but exceptionally well-maintained all-wheel-drive Caddy from Bereuter Automobile. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was very friendly, and I received a warm welcome and excellent service. Even after a minor issue arose, I received quick and uncomplicated assistance. It's a small, friendly workshop with friendly staff, and you feel well taken care of there.

An example: I wanted to go on vacation and noticed that my assessment sticker is no longer valid in Italy. I got an appointment straight away and everything was done on the same day so I could go on holiday the next day! Many thanks

I bought a used Skoda Octavia. Great price, fast, uncomplicated processing, and a high level of customer service. Their helpfulness doesn't end after the purchase. A technical problem was resolved immediately. I highly recommend the Bereuter team!
